Patankar Kale Constructions Pvt. Ltd, an ISO 9001 – 2008 company is one of the few oldest companies in the field of Interior and Civil Work since 1986.

With a rich, long and varied experience of the Directors and staff in the field of Interiors and Civil, company has executed interior of various mass office spaces, Software Companies, shopping malls / retail outlets, 5 star hotels, entertainment centers as well as Landscape/ exteriors of exclusive Signature buildings / Complexes, Hospitals.

D. A. Patankar – Managing Director

Mr. Deepak A Patankar did his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from COEP Pune. Thereafter he did Diploma in Financial Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management. With an eye for detail, he is always a boon for all sites. He is involved in day to day execution of all projects.

N. G. Bhavsar – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. N. G. Bhavsar has over 48 years of experience in the field of construction. He has the unique distinction of being a brilliant academician with B.E., L.L.M. & M.B.A. degrees under his belt.

He is basically involved in co-ordinating the construction activities of the Company which include planning & scheduling, procurement of man power & materials and in general ensuring the successful completion of project.

Lt. Col. Madhav Joshi(Retd) – Chief Project Co-Ordinator

Lt. Col. Madhav Joshi served in corps of Engineers for 25 years. He has served in MES for construction of married accommodation & utility services and multistoried buildings. As Executive he oversees all projects and strives to better client / customer relations from business development point of view in the company.

Apart from construction activities at Patankar Kale Constructions Pvt. Ltd. everyone is encouraged to participate in all seminars / workshops / exhibitions etc whereby the horizons of knowledge / communication skills etc know no bounds.

Mr. D. A. Patankar, Managing Director, is highly active in activities of various associations / organizations of the construction and allied fields. He has been conferred the “Rajiv Gandhi Shiromani Award“ in the year 2006 for outstanding individual achievement by National Integration & Economic Council, New Delhi. He has held the post of President of Architects Engineers & Surveyors Association in 1997, the only one of its kind to have all professionals of construction activity under one roof. He is an active Member of P.C.E.R.F. (Pune Construction Engineering Reasearch Fondation) He has also held the post of Vice President, Hon. Secretary, Jr. Secretary etc of the same association.

The company was awarded the prestigious "Indian Achievers Award in Construction & Design" in 2011 at New Delhi.
